Incredible, thanks Neil!
I’m excited to see entrepreneurship blossom within agencies and companies. Many people have incredible ideas for products and brands but don’t have the means to create their own company.
I’d like to see in the next age of entrepreneurship, people finding the courage to present their ideas to their agency founders and pitching them to their clients. Sure you give up some form of ownership but getting it out there will give you the confidence to push your next idea out their into your own company - if your agency doesn’t make you partner haha.
